Is this the greatest ever Rush track?
I wouldn't have said so until I saw this;



He made me reconsider and now I can't stop playing this song. Fabulous musicianship. Always liked Xanadu but Red Barchetta was previously my number1

The confidence they got from 2112's success was major & you can hear that confidence
in Xanadu & the rest of this wonderful, unique album.

Hemispheres is great too, La Villa Strangiato is a great track. As soon as I get back from my holidays I’ll be listening to kings & spheres back to back!

There's a sort of tacit understanding with people who appreciate Rush that what they did
to get where they were was through sheer hard work and self belief.
The rejection of their record company's demands for short, shallow music before they stuck to their gut instincts & principles and did 2112 is just one catalyst for the admiration of this band.

We'll never see the like of this band again.

We are strangers to each other
Full of sliding panels
An illusion show
Acting well-rehearsed routines
Or playing from the heart?
It's hard for one to know

I love Rush but they weren't one of my favourite live bands.
Prefer to listen to them from the comfort of my sofa than in a concert hall.
