This is true! Would be interested if they went to the trouble of bottling something with a bit more integrity ( yep, I watch Ralfie on YT), like the Glenlivet Nadura ( whose standard releases are just as uninvolving).

Bit out of my price range, but had the pleasure of some 16 year old Lagavulin not too long ago - I’m hooked!

Lag16 is very nice, but Diageo has hiked the price considerably over the last couple of years for what is probably chill-filtered and not natural colour.

Once was lucky to try the Glenfiddich Solara Reserve ..at cask strength - straight from the solara vat .mmmmmmmmmm
