I am selling my lyngdorf TDAI-1120 stereo amplifier
I purchased this unit on the 5th October 2022 from
Tom @ Cinehome. It was an open box unit 2 weeks old but essentially as new, still had the cellophane on the display, wires still factory folded etc so 1 year 1.5 month of warranty elapsed meaning it has 10.5 months warranty remaining with the manufacturer and 3 years after that with cinehome - invoices to be provided. I asked Tom to confirm warranty info to tell any buyer before I found the invoice in my email as I thought 5 years but lyngdorf only offers 2 so I was confused but he has confirmed;
Anyway this unit has been excellent and probably one of the best bang for buck upgrades I've ever had in music and home cinema. I used this in HT bypass mode with my denon 4500 and I have an L shaped living room. I tried audyssey, I tried an an antimode - but room perfect blew them both out of the water and was like buying a new subwoofer, and room perfect just made everything in the room sound immensely better.
My sole reason for sale is I liked it so much I was coveting its bigger brother then 3400, so I picked one up.
As per the photos it is in excellent condition. Unit will be factory reset by me and will come with power lead, box, the mic stand and the callibration mic, both of which are a step above what you usually get with an AVR type device!
The pics of the unit are mine, but the mic and stand pics are from Google to save me setting it up. Doesn't include the optional remote as we have a harmony system so always used that, my
New 3400 has a remote but we never use that either.
The price is £1500 delivered, or if you can collect I can go to £1450. Please no offers - I'm all aware some have sold for on eBay, av forums etc for £1350 -1450 but when I've checked these listings they're all units sold in 2021 so warranty has ran out so this is newer and has the additional retailer warranty on top of nearly a year's lyngdorf warranty remaining. Looking at eBay there have been units sell for 1650 for ex display with no warranty, and this the cheapest listed despite having nearly 4 years of cover.
Collection postcode is TS17 area Ingleby Barwick. I can post for cost which would be about £25 special delivery with appropriate insurance.
