Can anyone help with an issue I have with Audirvana please?

I've signed up to a free trial to see how I get on.

Using my MacBook pro, I downloaded the app and signed into my Qobuz and Tidal accounts and was enjoying it on Thursday night with no issues.

Went to it yesterday and now the app won't load, citing something about an error in opening library file and a damaged database (screenshot below).

I know zero about what it's trying to tell me and have uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall to no avail, just get the same message.

Can anyone advise what I need to do to get it to work again on my Mac please?

Thanks in advance.

I have the paid for version on an M1 Mini. Not had this issue.

Have you synced it with you Music library?

Have you navigated to the file they are suggesting? then delete it and reinstall app?

Thanks for replying.

Don’t think I synced with music library as keep all my music on an external HDD.

I can’t find the file it wants removing as it’s not there - or at least in the directory it’s telling me.

From Library, I can then find Application Support but then there’s no sub folder Audirvana or AudirvanaDatabase
