Wireless,
noise-free power.
Static electricity isn't going to power anything, imho. I have been hit by lightening on several occasions while airborne. Aircraft have static wicks to dissipate the charge and damage is usually just a pin hole. Makes a substantial bang and has been known to disturb instrumentation. What was alarming was the discovery that lightening can travel several miles horizontally to zap you. CBs, or thunderstorms, can be 45,000' tall in the tropics. Well worth avoiding!
i have Audioquest NRG Z3 cables and a Wireworld star wired, non filtering distribution block. Most bought for previous equipment, so have no idea if beneficial to current upgraded kit.
However, a case for the prosecution. When the excellent Innuos Pulse arrived, I plugged it in using the supplied cable. Excellent sq From the gecko. A week later, I swapped to an AQ as above. And that sq took a hit. Didn't need to dwell and returned to the original. The Pulse has a Dr. Sean Jacobs designed LPS and proprietary mains filtering etc. must be some sort of mysterious clash which is beyond my pay grade. Luxman, however, supply their amps for the domestic market with a posh expensive mains cable.
