Three weeks trekking in Nepal was the best laxative I have ever had.

After three weeks of dysentry I got back to the hotel in Kathmandu and in the loo found a huge turd unflushed by the previous occupant. My usual response would be 'antisocial twat' but on this occasion it was 'you lucky, lucky bastard'

My first nomination is unbleached dried apricots ........

Whoaaaaaaa......:run::shf:

Please don't tell me fresh apricots aren't available in Blighty.:clout::roll:

Biting into a fresh young fruit bursting with juicy goodness is far preferable to chewing dried-up wrinkled old fruit.:nup: I shudder with horror everytime I pass by the vacuum plastic bags of dried fruit in a supermarket.

Me, I find beans & sweetcorn on toast pretty effective. But not pretty.

yes i never know why we eat them [sweetcorn] as its always in ones end product but it is a good way of measuring transit times [i.e how long it takes from mouth to pan] !!

Anyone remember Feenamint a chewing gum laxative ?

Sick of the senior bullies at school with their ' ay kid, give us your chewy ' I transferred the said Feenamint to a Wrigleys wrapper and happily doled the 'chewy' out to them.

Abdominal colic and the raging shites cured the bastards.
