For a non native bird, these are pretty difficult to differentiate from their surroundings;

They are regularly seen on the feeders at a nature reserve I go to near Wokingham, Berkshire.

While playing with my new Tamron 150-600 G2 on a Nikon D500 in my back garden this afternoon a starling landed on the bird feeder, the first time I've seen one do that.

They certainly are. Plenty live in the grounds of the hospital onto which my garden backs and they're tame enough for tourists feed them by hand in St James' Park in Central London

Weird that there is a flock so far away from the main territory , they just wouldn't fly 400 miles , there must be groups of them along the way , unless someone has released them in Glasgow.

I suspect that they come from local releases / escapes
