Keith. Heron going nuts is just not Heron behaviour, typically stillness personified, but great shot. (Shoveler lovely too).

I’m not a twitcher but thought someone might enjoy this, taken from my study where two long-tailed tits appeared to be repeatedly trying to get into the house, presumably to nest, via two different windows. Sorry, iPhone not camera!

Apparently the plan to reintroduce White Tailed Sea eagles to the Isle of Wight has just been approved, fantastic news!

Now I just need a better camera to get a decent shot.

Funnily enough, I visited Chrisph last week in Horndean in Hampshire and spotted a heron in his back garden which then flew up into a nearby tree, Chris had never seen one in his garden before.
