Furutech ADL Stratos DSD DAC * Headphone Amp * Pre Amp * Phono Stage

Recommended Posts

This is truly Swiss Army knife of audio components and such well executed DAC with many integrated features. It's based on highly regarded ESS ES9018 paired with high-quality A/D D/A sections and stepped ladder MUSES 72320 circuit for volume control duties (it's a great pre-amp!). Also, phono-stage and D/A recording is supported via USB/out feature. USB implementation is excellent, and there was no particular need to use specialised USB re-clockers.  Both balanced and unbalanced headphone outputs are supported and paired with great quality. I couldn't fault the headphone amp section on any particular aspect and it was paired from IEMs to large headphones (Sennheiser IE8 to HD600 namely).

Probably one of the most featured rich DAC I've ever owned, paired with exceptional sound quality and feature set for the price.

$780 + associated shipping costs or collection from Brentford TW8 area

Just realised that I have high-quality iFi audio iPower 15V PSU, not used at the moment, so will bundle this one for free as I believe that it's a great match for this DAC.

Any takers at £650 ? I have a standing offer on eBay and considering to accept sometime tonight, so just to verify if anyone here (preferably) is interested before it's sold.
