Bob Dylan-More Blood, More Tracks: The Bootleg Series Vol. 14

Recommended Posts

My LPs and CD arrived today and have just played A B and C sides before I couldn't take it anymore .

Switched to the CD I ripped while listening to the records to see if that's as bad.

It is but vinyl really shows it up to the point I thought my system was playing up.

Ive never heard so much background rubbish.

If you've only got the CD version Don't worry ,Your CDP is not faulty.

The music is great when the clunking and other noises are not doing there thing.

My vinyl copies will be going back for a refund its unlistenable.

Would love to hear what anyone on here who's bought it  thinks ?

Only have a couple of Dylan's albums so have no personal experience here -

However, Discogs reviews say it's one of the cleanest vinyl releases in ages?

Might yours be faulty after all?

Come on ??

Both LPs and CD are the same.

Even Spotify MP3 is shite.

Both LPs sound like a faulty CD and the CD sounds like a faulty CD or CDP.

Have been in conversation with a few friends about this today and they are hearing the clunks and other shite.

So I'm not going mad.

I haven't heard this.  The incessant release of these bootleg series has annoyed me a little as they seem expensive for what they are.  The first few releases were very good additions to my library, but now not so.  Which is a shame because I have almost all the released albums.

I should have to hear it before I would consider buying (no spitify, roon or tidal, however,  I'm afraid).  :(

This is a comparatively good value for money release compared to the others.

All the others being really good SQ compared to this.

I guess they are now running out of Dylan release options to put more money in his family's kitty.

Nothing new will come from Bobs pen now because he can't be bothered

Will comment  more Later.

Just got a call Off to A&E.

Not really, it just says to me that Dylan is not on people's priority list anymore.

I just don't get how people can post how good these LPs sound on other forums ?

I had a proper ear hearing test a few months ago.

A chap  called Richard on the HIFi Kabin loves his LP and has been waxing lyrical about it since Friday.

Trouble is its two LPs.9_9

Laugh.

LD100 said he was a Chicago police chief for over 38 years .

Remember you couldn't join the Chicago police force until you were in your twenties back then.

Then on another thread said he was a engineer working for a cartridge company for years.

Then got a degree and then a masters in maths and stuff and now works at one of Chicagos top universities as a lecturer in maths and other shit .

Posting that is what got me banned.

I seem to get banned a lot on forums over the years for just telling the truth.

pink fish is a brilliant point in fact.

I posted about the new Tiger Paw metal LP 12 plinth coming and Tony banned me.

You can't post anything that might infringe on his M8 Tangerine Jaffas version.

No freedom of speech.

My opinion. Purely my own opinion.

I have a reasonably decent vinyl front end and quite a few LPs. I have yet to hear a decent Dylan recording on vinyl.
