What TV/DVDs are you watching?

Recommended Posts

Thought I'd set up a dedicated TV/DVD/Blu-ray thread, as most watch current programmes.

Just seen The New Avengers 'The Eagles Nest' on Freeview channel 61. Much of the first series is watchable. Typical Avengers quirkiness - good fun.

I’ve just finished watching Killing Eve on BBC iPlayer. Riveting crime/spy drama set across Europe. Definitely worth a watch but a but violent in parts.

Finished watching Killing Eve, last night on BBC i Player.  Brilliant and quirky, hope there is a second series.

All The King's Men on 'Yesterday' channel. Superb but story about a WWI unit that disappeared at Gallipoli. Stars David Jason and Maggie Smith.

Good film.

Manson: The Lost Tapes.

Never realised how infamous Manson was until after Dennis Wilson, Beach Boys, died in the 80s.

He brainwashed all his followers, only a few finally realised and escaped his hold. Really powerful stuff.

Never really understood the appeal of Tarantino's films. But like hi-fi, it's all very personal.

Currently on the Beeb is The Producers. Very funny remake. It's bonkers.
