While a visit to a local pub is nice in the context of this show (and please remember this was my first Wam show) I found I made the error of not staying in the bar on the Saturday Night and then drifitng off to various rooms to listen to the systems . This was really an essential for me as I was on my own so on the Sunday little cahnce to get out and hear anything so missed far too much . I will not make the same mistake this year .

Year one I made this mistake also, we live & learn dude, nowadays Sat might is what makes it all worthwhile

Spreadsheet locked for me also, but I'm gonna have some of it again this time with my 2nd system. A much more modest and less lumpy setup than I used this year.

So it's back to the 70's with:

Pioneer PL-12D/Shure M75EJ

Pioneer SA-500A

Celestion Ditton 15

My also drag along a loaned R2R

Have no fear though, the Ushers & 845s will return another year.

Keith hope things improve with your Father , would be good to hear your system again in another setting so hope this can work . I can very well testify that you will need a pretty large room just to get the equipment in so perhaps the great Western will be the place to be for you .

Don't panic about the spreadsheet guys. It had to be locked last year due to fools messing with it, but there will be a group with access and an update thread closer to the time.

@MF 1000 Hope your dad improves mate. Best wishes.

Sorry to hear about your dad, Keith - hope there's improvement. And hope you can make it this year.

Re spreadsheet...getting access denied page.

I'm interested in exhibiting again this year. Would be Urei  809s, JVC M L-10/P L-10 sorta thing...Unless I finish my JBL 4430 clones first.

Well I've got the drivers and butt-cheek horns...and a mate is looking at the crossover - you know, Robert who's amp we all liked in Pembroke - might be pie in the sky but I'm investigating if getting corian cabinets made would be prohibitively expensive. Otherwise I'll have a bash at the cabs.
