We are all a bit pet mad and from what I have seen some fabulous photographers on the forum so I thought we should start a topic of capturing and uploading our best shots of our beloved friends.

Here's some shots I took yesterday of our 'kids' on the moors near Richmond.
Duke doing his Yoda impression!! :)

They are Great Danes. Duke is two and Darcey (his girlfriend) is 6 months, we are breeding them in a couple of years.

Beautiful GD's Peter. :)

I'm much more a 'dog' person than a cat-lover, the only reason we don't have a dog (always had one when I was young) is that for us it's not practical at the moment. In 18 months' time though we'll be having another, that's the plan anyway.

However...Sid has won me over, if not fully to the Dark Side, at least to be able to love a cat. He's just the softest, sweet-hearted cat I've ever known...

Basil 2.jpg

Basil at 16 weeks.

Barley and Basil.jpg

Barley and Badger trying to look good.

And Basil at 9 weeks meeting the boys. He now runs between their hooves and pinches their food. Almost clouted a few times. They are very gentle and its all part of the learning curve.
