Todays Tasks:

Working 9am - 3.30pm (leave early)

4.30 John turns up.

We load his station wagon.

We load SWMBO's estate car.

Any spare seats to be filled with vinyl/DVDs/CD's/cables etc.

We drive 6 miles to Scalford, slowly.

Set up kit, pray it works :upgrade::upgrade::upgrade:

Nip home, grab some dinner, say HI to wife & dog.

Back to Scalford until errrrr late.

Sunday

Early start, get to Scalford 8.30.

Check kit still works & get the valves warmed up.

Punters arrive 10am.

Grab a stand up sarnie in the corridor 2pm ish.

Mono session at 3pm.

Close at 5pm.

Load up kit.

Go Home, unload kit

Say Hi to wife & dog, shower, cuppa tea, off to Apurba for curry.

Home, say Hi etc.

As a visitor we took a leisurely train up to Melton this lunchtime, have been sampling the delights of the local pubs.

Now checked into to hotel......found the four poster, which is what it takes to get the Mrs here

Had a little pre visit tonight to sample some of the rooms. All I can say is your in for a treat tomorrow.

Was really good fun hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did me n Jan found a great little hotel in the middle of Melton across from the Ann of cleaves the oldest pub in Melton lovely open fire candles on all the table and one of the finest real ales to ever pass my lips.. mad hatters tea party and then across the road to the local tandoori nice to meet so many on the day hope you enjoyed the room ... what more could one ask....
