Which is the correct postcode for satnavs?

Recommended Posts

The Scalford website says LE13 1AF is the best satnav postcode but if you click on the more info link it then states LE13 1LH. Which is the correct one?

Don't use Satnav if coming from the North

You have been warned! :)

That only applies if you're exhibiting anyway, if you are visiting you need the postcode for the park and ride :^

I remember following a sat nav when I first went four years ago and it took me down a tiny country lane into a field. I was coming from the South. NB. No idea what the post code I used was :dunno:

The joys of satnav. I ended up in that field and had two members with me. We were sure it was the wrong way but I got out and opened the gate convinced an angry farmer was watching close by. If we had got stuck in the mud it could have turned into a scene from a John Cleese movie.
