Bought in a *moment of madness* this week while i was stocking up at my local-ish (it is well worth the drive) ethnic supermarket. What to say about this? I think the right thing to do is deter the unwise and chastise the brave. Having tried the teensiest ickle bit, Naga pickle is utterly and unusably, insanely hot. If you've never tried then my advice is don't. If you have tried and not consigned it to landfill then I'd urge seeklng professional help. Really, there is no culinary point to anything so ridiculously hot. None.
