  1. Just scanned through this thread. Quite a few heated comments about MQA lol.. Personally cant comment on any of the tech; I've recently signed up to Tidal (3 month free trial). Must confess all this streaming stuff is all very new to me (started for the first time last week). So at the moment I'm like a kid in a sweet shop. All I can say though is that assuming MQA keeps on going and expanding it sounds pretty dam good. Wouldn't say its a night and day improvement over red book CD or 'normal' quality streamed data but there is certainly a little 'improvement' in sound quality. Also I'd say the quality varies a little between album. Maybe that's due to the original quality I don't know nor really care. All I do know is that I like what I hear. My CDP/DAC & Speakers are all 'MQA ready'; I didn't purchase them for that reason though. 'If' they weren't MQA ready I'm not sure at this moment that I'd go out to buy the hardware to enable MQA though. Some further sifting out and playing further MQA/Master albums required yet. But all in all, if you have the option to have a play with the MQA material I'd advise give it a go. The worst case is you sign up for the free 1 month Tidal offer and then decide to cancel it after that point.
  2. Sold to S1h1. Many thanks to all for looking and offers. Cheers for the link and comment above hifinutt. All the best Daz
  3. Price reduced to a bargain of £150 Come on chaps...if you have balanced gear you know you want a pair of these :-)
  4. Hi buddy Looked there already but couldnt see one specific to the 381
  5. Hi to all. By any chance have any of you got a Wadia 381 circuit diagram you could email me? Or any thoughts on whom may have one available. Have already sent an email to Wadia (but not holding my breath on it since they were took over). Cheers
  6. F/S: A Power Inspired AG1500 Great Condition and perfect working order. Owned it from new and has worked flawlessly. Was powering my previous big heavy amp with fantastic results. Completely stopped transformer hum/buzz with its steady 230v supply. Nothing but positive results. As I no longer own a power amp (as my new ones are in the speakers) I am considering selling this on. Asking £250 Now Sold to Stuart. Many thanks for all the interest.
  7. 1 x 2.2M Long Missing Link Cryo Ref Mains Cable (in white braid). Missing Link: UK 3 pin silver plated plug - silver plated IEC (I also could supply it with a Missing Link 16amp IEC if required) great condition and perfect working order. Owned from new by myself. Simple reason for looking to move on this excellent cable is that I now have a simplified 'one box' hifi system (of which both it and the speakers are fed with my remaining missing link mains cables). Cost new a little over £340 Asking £200
