  9. good afternoon im looking for a dvd player that is a good cd player [if that aint an oxymoron] or has the necessary attributes to be such, with a vga output/s-video/rca/coax [and maybe hdmi output] i know it'll be a vintage one - what flavours etc does the panel recommend? liam
  10. good afternoon im looking for a bit of advice from the wise - i have a BB PB 64Gb, i have been using a SBT into a NetAudio Sonance DAC via BNC coax. having just bought a desktop charger for the PB i wondered if there is a way to use this instead of the SBT, or am i barking up a non existant tree ? DLNA file sharing etc etc Liam

  14. thats interesting hector - i cant hear the starck in my room ! but it is quite a way from the speakers and listening position
  15. ive gone down the SBT - 180 quid pixmania route - and a Lacie starck external 2TB hard drive 100 quid - very neat, looks the part job done music is on itunes upstairs on laptop - loaded and downloaded onto HDD then fat32 format onto lacie -> transfer every month or so [ back up on another external hdd] safe as houses, and most formats catered for.
