Just been watching the 1 year to the Olympics presentation.

He was knighted and he wasn't.

he got a KBE (Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire) a life peerage and became a Baron, therefore Lord Coe

He should be more famous for his comment in 2008 regarding a possible GB football team for the Olympics, when told the Scots and the Welsh might object he said "Fuck'em"

Worth a baronetcy on its own :)

Cheers Tel, so a KBE trumps a knighthood, he must have done a bit more than run quick to get that.

I seem to remember he was also William Hague's "judo partner" - whatever that means or may infer

That will be the same William Hague who shared a bedroom with a male party activisit, during campaining for the last election to 'save money' (alledgedly M'Lord)

FFS man it's the 21st century, just come out and let someone give Ffyon (don't know the spelling but I know it's welsh so probably involves spitting) the seeing to she deserves:love:

Cheers BB
