prolly done before but hey ho

Here's one I did yesterday based on hummous.

Mash up a load of Corander and cumin seeds (or use powdered)

Fry loads of onions, garlic and chilli in plenty of olive til its soft add mashed up spices near end. leave to go cold.

Drain a very large tin of chickpeas. Add fried up gubbins and blend together with a hand blender.

Serve on toast with salad, raw veg (radish and peppers), loads of lemon juice and black pepper.

Cheap as you like and very nice indeed.

Served about 9 hefty portio0ns yesterday for about a euro:-)
